Set up the firewall rules configuration, as follows:
- Whitelist the two IP address addresses, 34.193.46.228 and 52.54.204.66, of our add-on serviceapp service. At the moment, two IP addresses are requires as we are making changes to the app infrastructure. Whitelisting two addresses, the existing one and the new one, ensures the app functions without any issues during the infrastructure updates. You can remove the IP address 34.193.46.228 from the whitelist after February 1, 2024.
- Allow the inbound connections through ports 80 (HTTP) or 443 (HTTPS) or any other custom port that you specified in the parameters of servers during app configuration.
