In the Contribution activity section, you see all users user's commits and pull - requests are shown as an activity stream.
First, you see JIRA issues connected to the user's commits.
Then you see commits.
And finally pull requests come in the bottom of the list. If a contribution is connected to a JIRA issue, you can click the link to the issue to see the issue details and modify them.
