Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets 12.3.2

Fixed in this release:

1. Table Transformer:
   • FORMATWORKLOG returns NaNm when the first row contains a number with both thousands and decimal separators
   • The macro gives the Table does not exist error when referencing created temporary table despite preview showing results
2. Table Spreadsheet:
   • Handle Out of Memory errors for imported Excel spreadsheets with a large number of rows and columns
   • Dropdown list with a large number of options is rendered incorrectly
   • Make Filter by values search case insensitive
   • Handle сell merging conflict during concurrent editing
