Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets 13.3.2

Fixed in this release:

1. Pivot Table:

   • Columns with icons from the macro are shown in lower case in Table Transformer

2. Table Transformer:
   • Fixed XSS in FORMATWIKI/FORMATMARKDOWN
   • Special symbols in FORMATWIKI output appear escaped instead of rendered
3. Table Spreadsheet:
   • Vertical alignment in cells is middle (not bottom) by default
