Fixed in this release:

AI Table: Manual saving required for AI results
AI-generated results no longer auto-save. Authors must now click the Save button on the macro panel.
Warning: Unsaved AI tables will generate a new request on every page refresh, which may rapidly consume your OpenAI tokens. Please ensure you click Save after generation and keep the Lock option enabled to prevent unauthorized AI requests from page viewers.
