Added the capability to set bar height in the Gantt chart: set the height with the following /bar keyword.
Added the compatibility with the Restful Table macro.

Fixed in this release:

Resolved the issue with the table pagination and the nested table in the Table Filter macro.
Resolved the issue with the view of the filtration panel close button in the page editor.
