Table Filter and Charts 7.9.5

New in this release:

• Added a capability to use the {pageId} variable in the Table from CSV/JSON macro.
• Added a capability to output the page metadata in the Table Excerpt Include macro showing a copy of the table from the current page.

Fixed in this release:

• Resolved the issue with the color settings of the Chart from Table macro when missing columns are selected.
• Resolved the issue with the Gantt chart completion ratio scaling when the chart is zoomed.
