Fixes for Scaffolding compatibility, PDF export, etc.
Fixed in this release
- Highlighted cells in tables could case wrong filtering results
- Compatibility with Scaffolding add-on was improved
- Tables exported to PDF could contain some odd rubbish previously
- Extra whitespace was removed when used in personal space with Confluence 4.3
