By default, a course creator is the only user who has permission to view and edit a course. If you need several people to collaborate on the same course, you need to change permissions of a course.

  1. Open a course administration page.
  2. Click .
  3. Add a user or group and select what permissions you want to grant:
    1. Can view and edit
    2. Can view
  4. Apply changes.
  5. User who you added into page permissions will be able to work with a course.

Don't remove izi - LMS for Confluence user from course page permissions. This is the app user that is needed for courses to work.
