The Access issue error happens during enrollment or course preview if the app user IZI for Confluence (LMS, Training Courses, Quizzes) has no access to one of module pages.

Steps to troubleshoot

  • Click the page listed in the error message.
  • If your module page is a restricted page (has a red lock), add IZI for Confluence (LMS, Training Courses, Quizzes) in its page restrictions. Otherwise, don't do anything and move to the next step.
  • If it's not restricted, check its parent page. Is it restricted? If so, add IZI for Confluence (LMS, Training Courses, Quizzes) in page restrictions of a parent page. Otherwise, don't do anything and move to the next step.
  • Open Space Settings > Space Access > Users in the space where your module page is located and check if IZI for Confluence (LMS, Training Courses, Quizzes) is there.
  • You can also check course admin page restrictions. Make sure IZI for Confluence (LMS, Training Courses, Quizzes) is there.
