FAQ - Multi-language Localization
Overview
izi LMS app is available in multiple languages, allowing users to experience the application in their preferred language. The application automatically switches to the user's language based on their Atlassian account preferences and browser settings.
Please refer to the user guide for instructions on changing the primary Confluence language.
Available languages
izi LMS is available in the following languages, in addition to English (US):

Troubleshooting
Language Not Changing
If the language does not change as expected:
- Verify that you are logged into your Atlassian account and that the language settings are correct.
- Check your browser's language settings to ensure they are set to your preferred language.
- Refresh the page to apply the new settings.
Missing Translations
If you encounter missing translations or untranslated text:
- Report the issue to izi LMS Support.
- Provide details about the specific section or feature where the issue occurred.
