When you click the Preview button, your course report will change. If you were enrolled to this course before, your previous enrollment will be erased and replaced by a new one. It means you will lose your own initial record and progress. If it's an issue for you, please don't use the Preview feature. Instead, You can enroll yourself to courses as participants (Enroll button) and update content to preserve the initial record.
