By default, a course creator is the only user who has a permission to view and edit a course. If you need several people to collaborate on the same course, you need to change permissions of a course.

  1. Open a course administration page.
  2. Click .
  3. Click .
  4. Add a user or group and select what permissions you want to grant:
    1. Can view and edit
    2. Can view
  5. Apply changes.
  6. User who you added into page permissions will be able to work with a course.


Sometimes it's not enough to grant a permission to a course administration page, because this page can have a parent page restricted for a co-author. In a similar situation, you need to grant the Confluence page permissions to a parent page or move a course to space/another parent page where this user has needed permissions.
