Report with all (or several) quizzes
All quizzes with all participants
Use cases:
- Get visibility across all quizzes
- Global dashboard of quizzes
In addition to the quiz level report, quiz administrators can build reports with results from all quizzes. It looks similar to a regular quiz report. The only difference is that it includes Quiz column.
To create the report with all quizzes:
- Create a new page or open an existing page that you want to use for the report.
- Insert Quiz Results Report macro.
- Do not select anything in Quizzes to have your report include all available quizzes.
- Click Insert.
- Save the page.
- You will see the report with all quizzes and all participants.

All quizzes of a single participant
Use cases:
- See what quizzes a particular participant completed and which are not done yet
- View results and scores a specific participant had for different quizzes he/she took
To set up a report with all quizzes of a specific participant (assigned quizzes and quizzes the participant self-enrolled to):
- Create a new page or open an existing page that you want to use for the report.
- Insert Quiz Results Report macro.
- Do not select anything in Quizzes to have your report include all available quizzes.
- Select the participant in Participants.
- Click Insert.
- Save the page.
- You will see the report with all quizzes of the selected participant.

You can also build a report with all quizzes of a team. To do that, don't select anything in Quizzes and choose the needed users or a user group in Participants while configuring the report.
Several quizzes
Use cases:
- Track several related quizzes in one place
To build a report with several quizzes:
- Create a new page or open an existing page that you want to use for the report.
- Insert Quiz Results Report macro.
- Select quizzes you want to include in the report.
- Click Insert.
- Save the page.
- You will see the report with all participants of the selected quizzes.
Based on your needs, you can also build reports for several quizzes and/or several participants instead of reports with all quizzes and all participants. Just select the needed quizzes and participants in the corresponding fields in Quiz Results Report macro.
