General Information
TeamCity Integration for JIRA Jira Cloud uses uses the Google Analytics engine to collect user interactions with the add-on app on all JIRA Cloud Jira Cloud instances. Additional data is not tracked.
Besides tracking events with Google Analytics, the add-on app aggregates build data from TeamCity from TeamCity servers for showing this data in JIRA Jira Cloud instances with the installed add-onapp.

TeamCity Connection Parameters
The add-on app collects and stores connection parameters that include the address of TeamCity , and credentials of the user account used to fetch build data. The password of the user account is stored in the an encrypted format.
This data is used to preserve the stable and secure connection between JIRA Jira Cloud and TeamCity servers.
TeamCity Build Data
The add-on app collects and stores build data that is further displayed on the TeamCity tabs for projects and specific issues. The set of collected data includes the build number, build status, branch names, projects ID's, ID's project IDs, IDs of build types, and ID's IDs of build agents. For each build, the add-on app also stores the start date and time, duration of the build execution, number of changes in the build, the person who added these changes, number of passed tests and their status, and the list of related issues in JIRAJira.
This data is used for quick output of the related build data when viewing a specific JIRA Jira project or issue.
Why Do We Need This Data
Data for Google Analytics will be used to measure usage of the add-on app and load on the server resources when users use the add-app on on JIRA Jira pages. This data will be secured from unauthorized access and third parties. Data will be primarily used for optimization procedures and quicker interface response.
Storing the build data allows our add-on app to instantly fetch the required data and show it to the user per his request. This decrease decreases the probability of any system failure, data corruption, or long server response for the end user.

We track and collect only events of loading the add-on app in the browser frame when generating JIRA Jira pages. This piece of data cannot anyhow affect data or compromise your personal data.

Data Storage
All data about the outputs of the add-app on on JIRA Jira pages are stored in Google Analytics on their servers. Third parties and services do not have access to the account storing this tracking information. Access to the Google Analytics account is available only to Stiltsoft Europe and Europe and will not be shared with anyone else.
TeamCity Integration for JIRA Jira Cloud add-on app uses the third-party vendor and hosting partner, Amazon Web Services, to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the add-on app and store all the related data, including TeamCity build data and connection parameters. Although Stiltsoft Europe company owns the code, databases, and all rights to the TeamCity Integration for JIRA Jira Cloud add-onapp, you retain all rights to your data. StitlSoft Stitlsoft Europe company has access to data storages storage but can only use it in the emergency cases, such as data verification after the abrupt system failures or component malfunctions. In the rest of the situations, Stiltsoft Europe company Europe company preserves this data encrypted so no third party or malefactor can access it and use it for their own purposes.

Stiltsoft Europe company will not disclose the collected data about add-on app outputs/openings under any circumstances. Build data and TeamCity connection parameters are not shared with any third parties and are preserved in the dedicated storage, which only Stiltsoft Europe and Europe and you have access to. Your access to this data storage is performed through the add-onapp.
The information we collect is used to improve the quality of our service , and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes , except to provide products or services you've requested , when we have your permission , or if Stiltsoft Europe is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Stiltsoft Europe will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
