1. Introduction
As an Atlassian Solution Partner, you have the opportunity to secure the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app (the “App”) at a discounted rate for your customers.
2. Participation Requirements
To participate in our Partner Program, five representatives of your company who are engaged in customer consulting and sales must complete the training provided by us.
Please share their email addresses with us at partner@stiltsoft.com so we can send them the training invitations.
We may reject your application for your participation in the Partner Program at our discretion.
3. Promo Codes
Upon completion of the training, we will provide you with promo codes. The codes may vary depending on the App version (Cloud or Data Center) and can be applied to your customers’ new, upgrade, and renewal purchases for commercial and academic licenses of the App.
4. Communication
All communications related to your participation in the Partner Program will be in writing, either through ticket exchange in our service desk portal.
5. Discount Rates
Discount rates are determined at our discretion and specified in our communication to you. The rates will be posted on our service desk portal in a support project named STILTPART-[Partner Name].
Discount rates are confidential and are not subject to disclosure.
6. Term of Participation
Your participation in the Partner Program begins when we send you the promo codes. Using a promo code constitutes your agreement with these Terms and Sections 1 (as applicable), 2, 4 (as applicable), 11, 12, 14-18, 20, 21 of the Stiltsoft App License Agreement, which also apply to this partnership.
Unless stated otherwise in our communication to you, your participation in the Partner Program remains effective through the nearest July 31st. For example, if you start on September 15th, 2026, your participation is valid through July 31st, 2027.
7. Renewal and Retraining
You may request a renewal in advance of the expiration of your participation in the Partner Program or once it has expired by contacting us at partner@stiltsoft.com.
If we deem it necessary for partners to be updated on new features of the App and its development roadmap, you may be required to undergo retraining.
8. Changes and Termination
The discount rates and/or the duration of the Program are subject to change at our discretion, including at the renewal point.
Either party may terminate these Terms and cancel participation in the Partner Program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.
