User Profiles - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes the ways we manage personal data you specify in the User Profiles app.

BY INSTALLING THE APP ON YOUR JIRA CLOUD INSTANCE YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

Definitions

• “Policy” means this Privacy Policy.
• “App” means the User Profiles app provided to you by us.
• “We”, “us” means StiltSoft, an Atlassian Verified vendor.
• “You” means a user of App.
• “Personal Data” means information that can be used to identify you as an individual.

Processing of Personal Data by Us

The app provides the functionality to manage personal information for user accounts registered in Jira Cloud. The app collects and stores personal data that You enter in user profiles only on your Jira Cloud instance.

The app does not transmit, record, store, use or replicate the Personal Data you specify in user profiles through our app on our servers.

The app does not automatically fetch any Personal Data from the Atlassian user account, except the full name and the photo (if the user allowed its viewing to anyone). All the Personal Data that you enter is stored in the user properties on your Jira Cloud instance.

The app can get indirect access to this Personal Data as the app operates as a intermediary agent between You and Jira Cloud. We track all kinds of such access requests and have alerts configured for identifying unauthorized access.

Third Parties Collecting Your Information

We do not use any third-party services to collect information about You or your usage of our App.

Security of Personal Data

We will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data that you enter, update, or modify through the App. We process all Personal Data using the industry-standard techniques.

However, we do not guarantee or warrant that such techniques will prevent unauthorized access to Personal Data that is stored in your Jira Cloud instance in case of unauthorized access to this instance by an unauthorized person.
