Added a capability to filter table rows by number ranges.
Now if you have a table with some numerical data, you can filter this data and get only values that match the selected range.

Now if you have a table with some dates, you can filter this data and get only values that match the selected date range.
The new version of add-on also includes the following features:
- Added a capability to modify order of filters by dragging the column label to the appropriate position in the filter boxes.
- Added support for static row numbering in your tables.
- Added the hiding of the already selected values in filter boxes.
- Added compatibility with Confluenc 5.8.
Fixed in this release
- Resolved the issue with impossibility to filter data in the column having the double quotes.
- Resolved the issue with impossibility to create filters for columns having the '<' and '>' (less than / greater than) symbols.
- Resolved the issue with impossibility to filter the column data if some value unavailable in the column is set as default value.
