Due date is one of the course settings. It defines a deadline for a course. By default, there is no due date in a course. You can set:

  • Specific date - a fixed date.
  • Number of days after enrollment - a dynamic date based on the date of enrollment.

When you update a due date in course settings, you can decide whether to apply this change:

  • only to future participants, or
  • both enrolled and future participants
