A quiz administrator can control what columns will be displayed in Quiz Results Report. Available columns:

By default a report includes all these columns besides: User Name, Date Enrolled, Date Completed. If you want to add one of these columns in the report or hide some of the default ones, edit Quiz Results Report macro on a page and mark/clear checkboxes in Report columns.
