By default, quiz questions require having the correct answers, while forms/surveys require questions with no correct answer. You can use the workaround below if you'd like to turn a quiz into a form/survey:

  1. Create a regular quiz.
  2. Add questions. While creating questions, select "correct" answers. The participant won't know you set correct answers.
  3. Go to Quiz Settings > Look > Quiz start page and Quiz completion page

  4. Edit Quiz start page. Remove all the content and type something like "Please take this survey to let us know ..."

  5. Edit Quiz completion pages. Remove all the content and type something like "Thank you for sharing your feedback!".

  6. It's enough to edit one of the completion pages. If you edit one page, make sure you use it for all three options - Passed, Failed, In Review. E.g. if you edited the Passed page, click the pencil icon next to the Failed and In Review pages and type the name of the Passed page there so that all three fields start showing the same page.

  7. Go to Settings > Notifications & Reminders > Participant notifications and enable the Disable notifications with quiz results setting.
  8. Participants will see the edited start and final pages while taking the quiz. They won't know that there're correct/wrong answers.

  9. You will see participant answers in Results on the quiz page. Just ignore the Result column that would say Passed or Failed.

  10. You will be able to view answers.
