How to configure the app settings

  1. Go to Confluence Administration 

  2. Open the Apps section on the left

  3. Choose Live Tables from CSV & JSON Configuration

Migrate Table from CSV and Table from JSON macros configured to fetch data from external URLs in older versions of the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets app to the Live Tables from CSV & JSON macros to keep it working with no need to recreate macros from scratch:

  1. Go to Live Tables from CSV & JSON Configuration
  2. Click the Search pages button and wait until it finds all pages with Table from CSV and Table from JSON macros
  3. Click the Convert macros button and wait until all Table from CSV and Table from JSON macros configured to fetch data from external URLs are converted to Live Tables from CSV & JSON macros
  4. Optionally download the CSV file with migration results to review them. Most common errors 404 Not Found mean the administrator who initiated the migration has no edit page permission.

After migrating macros with configured authentication, you will need to re-enter credentials in the macro configuration.
