Welcome to izi - LMS for Confluence!
Now your teams can create courses and quizzes to organize learning, training, knowledge checks, and fun quizzes right in Confluence.

izi - LMS for Confluence works out of the box and doesn't need any configuration.

Creator first steps
Pick a location - Courses and quizzes can be placed anywhere. Just pick a space and a parent page, click Create and look for the Course or Quiz template. New space?
Don’t restrict the parent page - No need for that. Your new course or quiz will be automatically restricted so only you can see it.
Your Space permissions - Make sure you create in the space where you are allowed to restrict pages.
Create a course
New editor
- You can create a course from anywhere in Confluence – just click
- Type Course name in Page Title.
Publish the page. You’ll see an empty course administration page.
- Add content using pages and quizzes. Organize modules with sections.
Legacy editor
- You can create a course from anywhere in Confluence – just click
on a sidebar and select the Course blueprint.
- Type Course name in Page Title.
Publish the page. You’ll see an empty course administration page.
- Add content using pages and quizzes. Organize modules with sections.
If you add co-authors to a course, make sure you add the same people in co-authors for quizzes included in this course.
Create a quiz
New editor
To create a quiz (test) outside a course:
- You can create a quiz from anywhere in Confluence – just click
- Type Quiz name in Page Title.
Publish the page. You’ll see an empty quiz page.
- Add questions – create new ones or reuse existing questions.
Configure quiz settings.
- Enroll yourself to check how everything looks and works.
Legacy editor
To create a quiz (test) outside a course:
- Click in the sidebar and select the Quiz blueprint in the Create dialog.
- Type Quiz name in Page Title.
Publish the page. You’ll see an empty quiz page.
- Add questions – create new ones or reuse existing questions.
Configure quiz settings.
- Enroll yourself to check how everything looks and works.
Enroll participants
When you want to assign a course or quiz to someone, you can enroll them. Just click Enroll participants and type emails.

Alternatively, you can let participants self-enroll.
Track progress
To monitor the progress of participants, browse:
- Reports tab on a course page
- Results tab on a quiz page.
