The Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app can be successfully migrated from Cloud to Cloud:

  1. Space export/import (CSV)

    • Export your space in CSV format (see Atlassian documentation).

    • Import it into the destination Cloud site.

    • The imported space is added alongside existing data - no data is overwritten.

  2. Site backup export/import

    • Export your full site backup (see Atlassian documentation).

    • Import it into the destination Cloud site.

    • The backup completely rewrites existing data, making the source and destination sites identical.

All the data related to the app - including table content, macros, and their settings - is stored within Confluence pages. During migration, this data is fully recreated on the destination site. No extra preparation is needed.

Don't forget to:

  • Install the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app on the destination site.

  • Configure the app according to your needs.

  • Reapply the corresponding credentials on the destination site after migration, if you use Table from CSV or Table from JSON macros with external connections.
