The new version of add-on includes the following features and improvements:
Updated the visual text editor used in Customer Case.
Added support for attachment size limits defined in JIRA Cloud. Now you can allow upload of attachments (greater than default 10 megabytes) to your requests according to JIRA Cloud configuration.
Improved the way of notifying users about the already existing account when they request creation of a new one for the same email address.
Replaced the ticket creation date with the last update date when looking through the list of requests on forums.
