The new version of add-on includes the following features and improvements:

  • Updated the visual text editor used in Customer Case.
  • Added support for attachment size limits defined in JIRA Cloud. Now you can allow upload of attachments (greater than default 10 megabytes) to your requests according to JIRA Cloud configuration.
  • Improved the way of notifying users about the already existing account when they request creation of a new one for the same email address.
  • Replaced the ticket creation date with the last update date when looking through the list of requests on forums.
