URLs of feedback forums and ideas have been converted to semantic URLs. Usage of SEO friendly titles let your customers find your ideas and feedback forums on the Internet with ease.

The new update of add-on also includes the following features:

  • Integrated AJAX into the comment posting mechanism for the instant posting of comments for ideas without any page reload.
  • Added a capability to view comments and ideas for anonymous users in JIRA if the project is open to them.
