FAQ - Can't check for updates issue during content update

The Can't check for updates error happens during enrollment if the app user (izi - LMS for Confluence) has no access to one of the module pages.
Steps to troubleshoot
- Click the page listed in the error message.
- If your module page is a restricted page (has a red lock), add izi - LMS for Confluence in its page restrictions. Otherwise, don't do anything and move to the next step.
- If it's not restricted, check its parent page. Is it restricted? If so, add izi - LMS for Confluence in page restrictions of a parent page. Otherwise, don't do anything and move to the next step.
- Open Space Settings > Space Permissions in the space where your module page is located and check if izi - LMS for Confluence is there.
- You can also check course admin page restrictions. Make sure izi - LMS for Confluence is there.
